NHL Daily: The Chicago Blawkhawks Have Expressed Interest in Brian Gionta, Maple Leaf Brooks Laich Isn’t Happy With His Play, the Boston Bruins Are Finally Being Used Effectively and More! (Morning NHL Headlines)

There were nine games on the NHL schedule Tuesday night. First, the Penguins topped the Hurricanes 3-1, the Senators beat the Devils 2-1 and the Lightning topped the Oilers 4-1. The Canadiens beat out the Rangers 3-2 in a shootout, the Maple Leafs topped the Jets 4-3 in OT and the Isles beat the Red Wings 3-1.

Lastly, the Blackhawks topped the Wild 5-3, the Flames topped the Predators 6-5 in OT and the Kings beat the Avalanche 2-1.
