Saturday night held 10 exciting games for hockey fans. The Dallas Stars ended the Philadelphia Flyers‘ win streak with a 3-1 win, the Ottawa Senators also topped the New Jersey Devils 3-1. The Toronto Maple Leafs took the win over the Pittsburgh Penguins in a 2-1 OT victory. The Montreal Canadiens grabbed two points after beating the Washington Capitals 2-1 while the Minnesota Wild beat out the Arizona Coyotes 4-1. Detroit topped Anaheim in a big 6-4 victory in an action-packed match.
Three games headed into a shootout: the Edmonton Oilers defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning 3-2, the New York Rangers grabbed the two points against the Nashville Predators and the Carolina Hurricanes came out on top against the Buffalo Sabres.
