NHL Entry Draft: With the NHL Entry Draft Just Right Around the Corner, We’re Going to do A Mock Draft to See Exactly Who Falls Where and Who Suits Them Best!

The NHL Entry Draft is just three months away which gives everyone a bunch of time to speculate on who their favorite team is going to select in the first round. With this year not being as deep as the years of yesterday, there are still some top notch guys available.

In this mock draft, I randomized the first 15 teams 31 times (amount of teams in the NHL). With that I used the NHL draft lottery randomizer at http://nhllotterysimulator.com/ the last 16 teams I then randomized another 31 times (amount of teams in the NHL) using this simulator at http://www.randomlists.com/random-nhl-team/ this is how I was able to come up with the draft order. St. Louis’ second pick in the first round came via Washington in the Kevin Shattenkirk deal and Arizona’s came via Minnesota in the Martin Hanzal deal. (via Wikipedia)

So let’s dive into the mock draft and see who lands where! I will also have a full second round mock coming soon!
