Goalie Situations Heading Into Camp: Atlantic Division

Jhonas Enroth was supposed to be the goaltender of the future after having a couple of good seasons backing up Ryan Miller. However, he has yet to break out into a true number one goalie. With Miller gone, he will be competing against Michal Neuvirth for the starter’s job. Neuvirth was the odd man out in Washington before getting traded to Buffalo last season. He was a starter at some points in his career and had success. The two will likely split time. However, we must not forget about Matt Hackett, who is looking to make a case for an NHL position.
