1. 1,000 points – twice
The Sedins have a laundry list of impressive accomplishments. But nothing they’ve done tops both of them getting 1,000 career points. The Sedins are the only set of brothers to both reach the milestone. And only Bobby Hull and Brett Hull can say they’ve both reached it as relatives (father and son).
Maurice Richard came darn close, as his brother Henri Richard got to 1,000 points. However, he came 34 points short. It’s impressive enough to get to 1,000 career points. As of April 2, 2018, only 87 players have done it. Though it’s been done 16 times in the past 10 years, that doesn’t make it any less amazing.

To this day, the Sedin twins are the only players to reach the milestone while with the Canucks. Both brothers were pretty much guaranteed to be Hall of Famers before they both reached 1,00 career points. But with that lofty accomplishment, Canucks fans can start planning their Hockey Hall of Fame visit. Assuming the Sedins are both selected in their first year of eligibility, the Hall should be getting a lot more Canucks fans to visit after 2021 when the brothers are both elected.
