The San Jose Sharks host the St. Louis Blues on Saturday, May 11 in Game 1 of their Stanley Cup Playoffs series. Here’s how to watch via live stream.

On Saturday, May 11, starting at 8:00 p.m. EST, the Western Conference Final of the Stanley Cup Playoffs will get underway. The San Jose Sharks will be hosting the St. Louis Blues at SAP Center. This game can be seen nationally in the United States on NBC. In Canada, it will be hosted on Sportsnet, TVAS, and CBC.

San Jose comes into this series hoping the return of Joe Pavelski continues to spark them. He suffered a serious injury in Game 7 in their first-round series against the Vegas Golden Knights. Pavelski was able to return in Game 7 against the Colorado Avalanche, leading the way with a goal and an assist in the 3-2 win.

Logan Couture and Tomas Hertl are tied for the NHL lead in postseason goals with nine each. Defensemen Brent Burns and Erik Karlsson are each among the leaders in points, with 14 points and 12 points respectively. Goaltender Martin Jones had a .916 save percentage against the Avalanche in the second round.

On the other side of the ice, the Blues are led by head coach Craig Berube, who is a Jack Adams Trophy finalist. Forward Jaden Schwartz and team captain Alex Pietrangelo are tied for the team lead in points with 11. Schwartz also leads the team in goals with eight, while Vladimir Tarasenko has five.

Goaltender Jordan Binnington, a Calder Trophy finalist, is hoping to keep his magical season going. His arrival in St. Louis in January has corresponded with their season’s turnaround. The Blues are hoping their third line, consisting of Robert Thomas, Tyler Bozak, and Pat Maroon, continues their success.

This should be a very evenly matched series. Both teams aren’t going to give up without a fight, so expect a long series. It should be interesting to see who wins this game, as home-ice advantage might not exist when you’re playing these Blues. Though San Jose is 6-2 at home this postseason, St. Louis has a 5-1 record away from home.
