Stanley Cup Playoffs: Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Columbus Blue Jackets start time, live stream, TV schedule
After splitting the first two games of their Stanley Cup Playoffs play-in series, the Toronto Maple Leafs and Columbus Blue Jackets square off in a pivotal Game 3.
So far, the Stanley Cup Playoffs series between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Columbus Blue Jackets has been must-watch television. After being shutout in Game 1, the Leafs came storming back in Game 2, winning 2-0 to even the series up. On Thursday, starting at 8:00 p.m. EST, the two teams will battle in what should be a pivotal Game 3.
It’s interesting that both teams have looked very dominant at points during this series. Both Frederik Andersen of the Maple Leafs and Joonas Korpisalo of the Blue Jackets have earned shutouts so far. Who will win the goaltending duel in Game 3?

INJURIES
Jake Muzzin will be out for the Maple Leafs after suffering an injury towards the end of Game 2. He was released from a local hospital and is back in the bubble. Muzzin will miss the rest of the series.
PREVIEW
The Maple Leafs will surely be playing with a lot of fire under their bellies today. Watching Muzzin get injured probably made them upset. It’s unfortunate they lost him because he’s arguably their best overall defenseman. The Leafs have been very good defensively this series, which is a bit surprising. If Auston Matthews and John Tavares play like they did in Game 2, the Leafs should win in Game 3.
On the other side of the ice, the Blue Jackets were thoroughly outplayed in Game 2. Ignore the 2-0 score. The Leafs controlled the puck for most of the game. Columbus needs to give Korpisalo some more help. They can’t go looking to win 1-0 because that’s not happening.
