Boston Bruins vs. Carolina Hurricanes Game 3 start time, live stream, updated odds, TV schedule
The Boston Bruins and Carolina Hurricanes square off in what should be a pivotal Game 3, as their series is currently tied.
After splitting the first two games of their series, the Carolina Hurricanes and Boston Bruins are set to battle in what should be a very pivotal Game 3. This game starts at noon on Saturday, so they won’t have to worry about other teams playing for too long like they did earlier in the series.
Game 1 saw the Bruins inch out a win in overtime. But in Game 2, David Pastrnak didn’t play and the Hurricanes took advantage, beating the Bruins 3-2 to tie the series at 1.
After the Bruins were the home team in the first two games, the Hurricanes will be the home team in Game 3. Home-ice advantage is far less relevant in these troubling times than it usually is, but this does allow Carolina to have the last change.

INJURY REPORT
As usual, the Bruins will be without Kevan Miller, who’s on the IR. In a shocking turn of events, they will also be without Tuukka Rask, who just opted out of the postseason. Somethings are way more important than sports. Rask opted out for vague reasons but cited wanting to be with his family. We wish Tuukka the best and hope everything’s OK. David Pastrnak will be a game-time decision.
Meanwhile, the Hurricanes will be without Brett Pesce, who is still on the IR. He could return later in the postseason, though.
PREVIEW
The Bruins need to get their 5v5 offense going again. They didn’t score any 5v5 goals in Game 2, as both of their goals came on the power play. Meanwhile, the Hurricanes need to keep pushing, as they were clearly the better team in Game 2.
