After getting shutout in Game 3, the Dallas Stars will try to bounce back against the Calgary Flames in Game 4.
The Dallas Stars find themselves in a 2-1 hole against the Calgary Flames after getting shutout in Game 3 on Friday. They’ll get a quick chance to erase that deficit on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in Game 4.
Calgary managed to pull out an ugly, but still effective, win in Game 3, even without star forward Matthew Tkachuk. Cam Talbot was extremely impressive, as he posted a shutout, stopping each of the 35 shots he saw. The Flames got goals from Mikael Backlund and defenseman T.J. Brodie. Thanks to Talbot, that was more than enough offense.

INJURY REPORT
The Calgary Flames will not have Travis Hamonic, who opted out of the postseason, or Juuso Valimaki, who is still recovering from an offseason surgery stemming from last summer. Matthew Tkachuk is listed as day-to-day and will most likely be a game-time decision.
On the other side of the ice, Tyler Seguin is still battling an injury, though he has yet to miss a game this series. Also, defenseman Stephen Johns is listed as day-to-day, and much like Tkachuk, could be a game-time decision for Game 4.
STARTING GOALTENDERS
The Dallas Stars will go back to Ben Bishop after Anton Khudobin started in Game 3. That was because of games on back-to-back days. On the other side of the ice, the Flames are going to keep riding the hot hand of Cam Talbot. Khudobin will serve as the Stars backup while “Big Save” Dave Rittich will serve as Talbot’s backup.
