The Vegas Golden Knights will face off in the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs starting tonight with Game 1 vs the Vancouver Canucks.
The Vegas Golden Knights and the Vancouver Canucks will face off in Game one tonight scheduled for 10:30 pm eastern at Rogers Arena in Edmonton. This is the first time that these two teams meet in the playoffs. The Golden Knights are back in round two after failing to reach it last year after falling to San Jose in round one.
The Vegas Golden Knights eliminated the Chicago Blackhawks 5 days ago and should be well-rested for this upcoming series. On the other hand, the Vancouver Canucks eliminated the previous Stanley Cup champs the St.Louis Blues on Friday.

We had a little bit of controversy yesterday when Marc Andre Fleur agent Allan Walsh went on Twitter to voice his displeasure over his client not playing regularly. Fleury has demanded his agent to delete the tweet to avoid causing any drama or ideas that he is not happy.
Robin Lehner played 4 of the 5 games vs Chicago and Pete Deboer has yet to confirm who will get the start in net. Mark Stone and Reilly Smith currently lead the team in points during the postseason with eight apiece.
Vancouver will counter with an offense that includes JT Miller, Elias Pettersson, and Brock Boeser while on the blue line with Calder trophy nominee Quinn Hughes. In net for the Canucks Jacob Markstrom will have to shut the door if they have any chance at pulling the upset.
