The Vegas Golden Knights will look to take a series lead tonight when they faceoff against the Dallas Stars in Game 3.

The Vegas Golden Knights will aim to take a 2-1 series lead tonight when they meet once again with the Dallas Stars. Dallas learned in Game 2 that the Knights can be a handful and not to mention the stellar play of netminder Robin Lehner, who posted his third shutout in his last four games.

The Knights were finally able to beat Anton Khudobin with Paul Stasny, William Karlsson, and Tomas Nosek all getting on the scoresheet. Ryan Reaves also made his return to the lineup after being suspended in game one for his hit to the head on Vancouver Canucks forward Tyler Motte and he provided some much needed physical play that also helped the Knights.

Robin Lehner should be back in net tonight with Marc Andre Fleury getting a start in game one and look once again for him to be the backbone and have another big game. Dallas will need to respond tonight if they want any chance at staying in this series because Game 3 could prove crucial to deciding who makes the Stanley Cup Final.

The Stars have not been to the finals since 1999 when they won the whole thing against the Buffalo Sabres. The Knights came up short back in 2017 to the Washington Capitals in their first season in the league.

Once again the Knights will be tasked with stopping Jamie Benn, Alexander Radulov, and Tyler Seguin which they did a good job at in Game 2. Any lineup changes will be announced closer to game time.
