Anaheim Ducks

The Ducks’ highest-paid player is a newcomer to the team from this past offseason. John Klingberg holds the title in Anaheim. Klingberg makes $7 million dollars thanks to a contract he signed this past season that brought him to Anaheim.

Klingberg signed a one-year $7 million dollar contract after the start of free agency. The deal made him a Duck, but it might not keep him here past this season considering he will be without a contract by the end of the year.

After Klingberg, the next two most expensive contracts belong to Cam Fowler and John Gibson. Fowler makes $6.5 million while Gibson makes $6.4 million, although Gibson is signed through 2026-27, one more year than Fowler.

The most expensive contract in Anaheim will probably change after this season. Players like Trevor Zebras and Troy Terry will each be looking for new deals, and pay raises considering how good they were last season. Depending on how this year goes, the Ducks could be looking at some expensive contracts on the books for 2023.
