Flyers: 3 insane trade packages that send Carter Hart to Kings

The Philadelphia Flyers could get some good pieces in a Carter Hart trade.

The Los Angeles Kings have had an interesting ride with Alex Turcotte. He was a very high draft pick in 2019 and was considered to be a very highly touted prospect. Since then, however, things haven’t worked out very well for him.

The Los Angeles Kings have seen other prospects, for a variety of different reasons, pass Turcotte by. Now, they are coming into this season with expectations of being a great team. They don’t really have an interest in developing players at the NHL level right now as winning is their deal.

That might mean that Alex Turcotte is expendable. There are plenty of teams that would take a chance on his upside. When he is healthy and confident, he can produce. There is a lot of potential for him in this league if he is just given a chance.

The Flyers could be the team that gives him that chance. They are not doing much winning this season and maybe amongst the worst in the league. He can play with some good players in their top six every night and be ready for their competitive window to open in the coming years.

Getting a future second and seventh-round pick could be something that helps the Flyers just as much if not more. Meanwhile, the Kings would be getting the goalie of their present and future.
