Could Sam Reinhart be in for a pay raise after Stanley Cup Final run?

Sam Reinhart is in the final year of his current contract, and after the Panthers Stanley Cup Final run, Reinhart definitely will want to have a good season this year. Reinhart put up 13 points during the Panthers Stanley Cup run this past season, including eight goals, some of which were game winners.

Reinhart struggled during the first few seasons of his career with the Buffalo Sabres, but since he was traded to the Florida Panthers he has really found a new level of success in a top line role.

Depending on how this season goes for Reinhart, he could be heading towards a pretty big contract this upcoming summer.

Players always want to prove they are the best on the ice, and that is definitely something that matters just a little bit more during a contract year. All five of these guys will definitely have a fire under them to prove they are the best.
