The Minnesota Wild are one of the best-dressed teams in the NHL as a whole. They have a cool logo and awesome colors. They are also a very good team so they are in the conversation for the playoffs coming into the season.

It seems as if a big change is coming to the Minnesota Wild soon. On social media, they posted a video about a new jersey that is coming to their team.

The video displayed a normal Wild jersey getting a mix of green and yellow paint put on top of it. Of course, it hints at the team switching their official colors from green and red to green and yellow. The old green was a forest green while the new green is much brighter.

Both Minnesota Wild Reverse Retros were that color too and they were both very well-liked. There are a lot of people that would like this move and there are a lot of people that won’t. It seems as if they are going to look really good though once they are on the ice.

The Minnesota Wild are getting a new jersey that might look familiar.

If they are anything like the most recent reverse retro jersey, the new home sweaters will be amazing. With guys like Kirill Kaprizov, Jared Spurgeon, and Matthew Boldy flying around in new colors, it is sure to be very cool.

Other teams across the sports landscape that have this color scheme are always looking sharp. Minnesota fans won’t want to hear about the Green Bay Packers but they and the Oakland A’s always look nice with their current color schemes.

If the Wild do go through with this as their full-time color scheme, it certainly won’t be a bad thing. This could also just be the addition of a new alternate sweater with these colors meaning the traditional look will stick around as well. Honestly, they both deserve their love.

The Minnesota North Stars, the NHL team there before they became the Dallas Stars, also had this green and yellow color scheme. That is where it originally came from. We will find out exactly what this social media post means on Saturday.
