With the Canadian World Juniors training camp set to begin in earnest on Monday at Niagara Falls' Gale Centre, Hockey Canada has unveiled its roster that will see the ice in training camp.

The roster includes Penn State forward Gavin McKenna, who returns from last year's roster alongside the likes of Barrie Colts forward Cole Beaudoin and Michigan State forward Porter Martone.

Following a previously-agreed loan deal, Zayne Parekh of the Calgary Flames will make the training camp roster for Team Canada, while other NHL draft picks like Brady Martin, who was selected by the Nashville Predators and plays for the Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds of the OHL, will also be featured in the Niagara Falls training camp.

Alongside the 27-player roster, former London Knights head coach Dale Hunter, who recently surpassed the 1000 win mark and brought the Knights to six OHL Championships in his tenure (two of the championship round appearances came during his time with the Washington Capitals), is set to be the head coach for the Canadian entry in the upcoming World Juniors tournament.
