6. Philadelphia Flyers - Jake O'Brien

As the dust settles around the blockbuster trade that sent Trevor Zegras to Philadelphia, the Flyers could use another effective puck distributor like O'Brien to rise through the rankings. His passing and creative vision are both highly touted by scouts.

O'Brien is able to find lanes that look impossible and can create space on the ice for his teammates to finish. Despite his smaller size physically, at 6'2" but just 170 lb, he has an extremely high ceiling of potential after spending another year in the OHL.

7. Boston Bruins - Porter Martone

The best wing prospect in this year's draft class, Martone has been ranked as high as No. 3 and as low as No. 9 by different NHL experts. The 18-year-old is a strong forward with a large frame and silky puck-handling skills to boot, but brings a degree of uncertainty that could see him fall to the lower end of the top 10.

Some scouts point out that he has not had much experience playing against older players yet. That, coupled with his hot-and-cold junior career over the last few years, likely means he has to wait in order to hear his name called on Friday. Still, Martone offers a well-rounded game that has been compared to Corey Perry, and that makes him a worthy addition to the Bruins.

8. Seattle Kraken - Radim Mrtka

A towering defenseman with a very verstaile and well-developed two-way style, the Kraken need someone like Mrtka on their blueline. He could be compared to someone like Adam Larsson with an even higher upside, and guys like Larsson and Vince Dunn would be great mentors for the 18-year-old in Seattle.

Mrtka has impressed NHL experts with his size and awareness on the ice, generating solid zone exits and creating rush opportunities for his team. But his defensive game is even stronger, and he could be the young D-man Seattle has been looking for.

9. Buffalo Sabres - Brady Martin

As the Sabres continue the push to return to the playoffs, a speedy and creative player like Martin fits the team's gameplan wonderfully. The team is in desperate need of more goals, and Martin can certainly provide just that.

Not only can Martin make the flashy plays to both set up his linemates and hit the net himself, but he is a hard competitor that isn't afraid to use a little elbow grease to win puck battles. Buffalo would benefit greatly from a power forward that plays the body while also making flashy decisions with the puck to generate more offense.

10. Anaheim Ducks - Victor Eklund

Following in the footsteps of older brother William, the younger Eklund brings a different style to the ice: he is more of a Seth Jarvis type of winger that is physical and gritty, yet still has a complete and dynamic game offensively.

The Ducks recently parted ways with Zegras, who has played center and wing alternatively at times, and now need to make the roster younger. With slightly older wingers like Chris Kreider, Alex Killorn and Ross Johnston rounding out the forward group, Anaheim would love to have a tough but creative skater like Eklund to balance things out.
