Minnesota vs Wisconsin

Minnesota vs Wisconsin is going to be a very fun hockey game to watch

It might not be at Michigan vs Ohio State's level but Wisconsin vs Minnesota is a big deal in every sport. It is no different in hockey.

Both of these places are pretty hockey crazy so you know that the Golden Gophers taking on the Badgers is going to be must-see TV.

Number nine Minnesota is traveling to Kohl Center to take on Wisconsin in Madison. They are bringing studs like Sam Rinzel, Oliver Moore, and Team USA World Junior hero Jimmy Snuggerud.

Wisconsin is not short of players who could play in the NHL either. That is why they are currently ranked fourth in the country. Both of these teams could end up winning the whole thing in the spring.

Right now, Wisconsin is second in the Big Ten and Minnesota is the third. With a guy like Snuggerud on the team, Minnesota has some high-end talent while Wisconsin is just good at everything.

This may very well be the premier college hockey matchup of any in the country this weekend. All of these Big Ten matchups are must-see but this one should be extra special.
