4. New York Islanders
The New York Islanders revealed some bland jerseys for the Stadium Series. It is a navy blue sweater with an orange stripe on the sleeve and in the middle of the torso.
On the torso stripe, it says "Isles" in a nice font but there isn't much else to the sweater. The back of it has good use of the color scheme to make the nameplates and numbers show well.
There is also a thin orange stripe at the bottom of the sweater which is a nice touch as well. It is not an awful jersey but it is the most bland of the four so it ranks last.
Lou Lamoriello is in charge of the New York Islanders and this makes perfect sense for his team. When he was with New Jersey and Toronto, they had a lot of simple reveals as well so it is on brand for his team now.
All four Stadium Series jerseys, although someone had to be first and someone had to be last, are at least halfway decent. None of them are the ugliest thing you've ever seen which is a nice start. Hopefully, the teams play well while wearing them.
