We have been waiting a long time for the National Hockey League to reveal the 2024 Stadium Series jerseys for the four teams participating in the event.

It is going to take place on February 17th and 18th so we are less than a month away. On Friday, they were finally revealed to the world after months of speculation.

The four teams are the New Jersey Devils, New York Rangers, New York Islanders, and Philadelphia Flyers. This is how the jerseys should be ranked based on how they look:

The NHL Stadium Series sweaters have been revealed on Friday

1. New York Rangers

The New York Rangers are the road team in the second of two Stadium Series games so they get a white jersey and they did a remarkable job. The big bulky NYR on the front is well done and the balance of red and blue on the white sweater looks amazing.

The numbers on the back are well done and the stripes on the sleeves are perfect. The logo on the front and the numbers on the back have a 3D style and it really pops.

The blue stripe on the bottom of the jersey is a perfect fit. They will certainly be looking good while wearing these and fans will be able to recognize their favorite players from the stands.

New York has played in a lot of outdoor games over the years. All of their jerseys have been unique but this one is by far the most different. Using the NYR on the front in their traditional diagonal layout is a very cool take on things. They should be proud of this one.

2. New Jersey Devils

The New Jersey Devils are coming in second. It looked a bit odd at first but when you look at it more and think about what they are going for, it makes perfect sense.

It is meant to be a hockey jersey at a football stadium and that is exactly what it is. The numbers and logo are huge so you can see it from the seats.

Some people wanted inverted colors but the Devils are mostly a red team and that is just the reality of it.

The NJ logo without the circle has grown in popularity lately and it is being featured on this sweater. All of the nameplates, numbers, and stripes are black on the red jersey, and it is a perfect look for them.

They went away from the green secondary color for a special event and that is a nice change of pace. This Devils organization has really started to branch out after years of being plain.

3. Philadelphia Flyers

The Philadelphia Flyers will be the road team against New Jersey in the first Stadium Series game of the weekend so they are the team with the white sweaters and they did a marvelous job.

They are ranked third out of the four but that isn't to say that it is very nice. They did a wonderful job with the incorporation of orange and black on the white sweater with stripes, nameplates, and numbers.

Unlike the other three sweaters, the Flyers put their main logo on the crest of the jersey. They did a good job making it look clean on the front and back.

For the Flyers, this is the perfect jersey. You can make an argument that it is the nicest of all their jerseys. It wouldn't be shocking to see a less "outdoor" (smaller numbers and logo) version of it come out for their road sweaters.

4. New York Islanders

The New York Islanders revealed some bland jerseys for the Stadium Series. It is a navy blue sweater with an orange stripe on the sleeve and in the middle of the torso.

On the torso stripe, it says "Isles" in a nice font but there isn't much else to the sweater. The back of it has good use of the color scheme to make the nameplates and numbers show well.

There is also a thin orange stripe at the bottom of the sweater which is a nice touch as well. It is not an awful jersey but it is the most bland of the four so it ranks last.

Lou Lamoriello is in charge of the New York Islanders and this makes perfect sense for his team. When he was with New Jersey and Toronto, they had a lot of simple reveals as well so it is on brand for his team now.

All four Stadium Series jerseys, although someone had to be first and someone had to be last, are at least halfway decent. None of them are the ugliest thing you've ever seen which is a nice start. Hopefully, the teams play well while wearing them.
