The Detroit Red Wings announced their 2024-25 training camp roster

The 2024-25 Detroit Red Wings hit the ice for the first time to begin training camp today, and there is a different attitude this season.

After missing the playoffs last season by one point, they are determined to make a statement this season.

Tons of new faces and new energy wearing the winged wheel this season. Training camp takes place Thursday, September 19 through Sunday, September 22.

Players will be divided into teams that will participate in several drills and game-type scenarios.

The Detroit Red Wings have a chip on their shoulders entering the year

The Red Wings will take the ice on Monday when they play their first preseason game. Through the preseason, the games will feature different sets of rosters until the final few games, when the season-ready roster will take the ice.
