Tuesday night was a busy one with a total of 11 games on the docket. First, the Vancouver Canucks upset the Chicago Blackhawks in overtime by a score of 5-4. Minnesota then beat San Jose 3-2, Winnipeg earned some much-needed points against Philadelphia in a 3-2 win, Carolina beat Florida by a 4-3 score, Arizona upset the Lightning by a score of 5-3, Detroit got the overtime win over Montreal by a score of 2-1, Washington ended Brian Elliott’s winning streak beating the Flames 4-2, New Jersey beat the Rangers 3-2 in overtime, Ottawa bested the Bruins 3-2 as well, Pittsburgh beat Buffalo 3-1 and lastly St. Louis beat Colorado 4-2.

Veteran Dominic Moore Finally Hits The 100 Goal Plateau
The 36-year-old veteran Dominic Moore has been around the NHL for the last 13 seasons with 10 different teams. He’s spent the majority of his career as a fourth line fringe player providing depth and grit when needed. This has obviously stunted his offensive output but he’s been so durable that he’s been able to stick around for 13 seasons and finally hitting 100 goals, Moore also has 166 assists combining for 266 points in 837 games. Tampa Bay Sign Defensive Prospect Libor Hajek.
Selected in the second round of the 2016 NHL draft, Libor Hajek was signed yesterday to a traditional three-year entry level contract. Libor is a huge guy standing at 6 foot 2 and weighing 196 pounds, plus he’s only 19. From 2010-11 to 2014-15, Libor played at home for the Czech U-16, U-18, U-20 and Pro teams in Brno. But from 2014-15 to this season, Hajek has been playing for the Saskatoon Blades of the WHL. Last season he put up 26 points in 69 games, and this season he’s put up 26 points in 65 games. Maple Leafs Finally Sign High Scoring Star Jeremy Bracco.
Many were shocked when Jeremy Bracco slipped all the way to the second round of the 2015 draft, but for the Maple Leafs that was good news cause, they scooped him right up without any hesitation. And why wouldn’t they? In his last year in the USDP (United States Development Program) Jeremy put up 94 points in 65 games. He split the 2015-16 season between Boston College of the NCAA and the Kitchener Rangers of the OHL. With Boston College, he only played five games but in doing so put up three points, while with Kitchener he stuck it out for 49 games scoring 64 points. This season he started with the Rangers again but for only 27 games scoring 51 points which are insane, then he was traded to Windsor and in 30 games he has put up 32 points which equal to 83 points in 57 games. Bracco has tremendous offensive upside which will boost this Leafs team even more and has the potential to even make the roster next season. (Tip Of The Tower)
The Hurricanes Continued Their Winning Ways Tuesday Night.
Carolina’s point streak has now moved to eight games with their win over Florida Tuesday night. Sebastian Aho had a terrific game putting up a goal and an assist despite finishing with a minus-one rating. Jeff Skinner was also wicked Tuesday night putting up two goals of his own he, on the other hand, finished as a plus two. Who really shined was goalie Cam Ward who stopped 33 of 36 shots posting a .917 save performance and a 3.05 goals-against-average. Can the Canes keep up their hot play? Only time will tell! Blue Jackets Re-Sign Three Pending RFA’s.
Tuesday afternoon the Blue Jackets made three significant deals, but internally. They went out and signed pending RFA’s Scott Harrington, Lukas Sedlak, and Markus Hannikainen. All three signed two-years, one-way deals meaning the Blue Jackets will be even younger next season. (Union And Blue)

Sidney Crosby Deals A Questionable Blow Into The Manhood Of Ryan O’Reilly.
Sidney Crosby is a fantastic player and arguably the best in the last decade, however, he does have a habit of doing some cheeky things. He’ll dive, fake injuries, whine and moan to refs to get things to fall in his lap. And when all of that doesn’t work he’ll get physical, and he did just that Tuesday night when he gave Ryan O’Reilly a questionable shot to the groin. Will he be suspended for it? Most likely not, but he is the best and the best find out ways to win. (Fansided)
