Mike Smith will be the starter for the Coyotes, but his backup is a question mark. Newly acquired Devan Dubnyk will get a shot at redemption after going from being an NHL starter to obscurity in a single season (He was at least a fourth stringer on the Habs). If he fails to rebound, then Mike McKenna or youngsters Mark Visentin, Louis Dominigue, and Michael Lee will get a shot.
