Bellemare will become the ninth French player to play in the NHL once he plays for the Philadelphia Flyers this season. The 29-year-old was an oversees free agent signee who played great for team France at the recent World Championships. He scored the game-winning goal against Canada in a shootout.

He has tremendous speed, but will have to adapt tremendously to the North American game.
