2020-21 Draft Outlook

Buffalo owns the eighth overall selection in the first round of the draft. Sabres have one pick in the second, fourth, and fifth rounds, and two in the seventh round.

Buffalo Sabres summary

The canvas is mostly blank for general manager Kevyn Adams to shape this roster for next season and beyond. The Sabres have a lot of money to work with and only a few long term deals, although the Skinner and Okposo deals might hamper them on the back end. They will be busy filling out their roster and looking to create a bright future for the organization.
