Welcome to the AHL weekly roundup. Here you’ll find the weekly headlines, matchups and standings for your favorite NHL affiliate teams. Catch up with the weekly happenings of the American Hockey League world.

There were a lot of games on the AHL’s schedule this past week but a few stood out. On Wednesday, Feb. 22, the Stockton Heat (CAL) topped the Texas Stars (DAL) 5-1, the Rochester Americans (BUF) topped the Utica Comets (VAN) 3-2 in OT and the Chicago Wolves (STL) beat out the Cleveland Monsters (CBJ) 4-2.

On Saturday, Feb. 25, the Springfield Thunderbirds (FLA) topped the Hartford Wolf Pack (NYR) 2-0, the Hershey Bears (WSH) topped the Toronto Marlies (TOR) 4-3 and the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins (PIT) topped the Lehigh Valley Phantoms (PHI) 4-3 in an OT stadium series matchup.
