More from New York Rangers

Since being drafted 265th overall in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft by the Florida Panthers, Glass found himself as a journeyman. Playing for six teams in eleven seasons, he was a tough player that brought physicality to teams that needed that role filled.

Rotating between the AHL and NHL, Glass was a gritty player that could handle a heavy workload. Although he was not a flashy superstar, he was great at what he did. Glass played a big part on many successful teams like the Penguins and Rangers.

Following playing with the Calgary Flames and Stockton Heat in the 2017-18 season, Glass went to Europe to play with the Boxers de Bordeaux of the Ligue Magnus.  After playing his one season in Europe, the 35-year-old decided to call it a career.
